How to get permission for Annadhanam from FSSAI
With the recent announcement, Following procedure needs to be followed to get the approval to make Annadhanam in Public events/places. This is we faced specific to Chidambaram circle.
- Reach local FSSAI Department (At Municipal Office ) and get the Form A (Tamil Nadu Foods Safety and Drug Administration Form ) See attached.
- Duly fill the form and get , Pay the Registration Fee Rs 100
- Get the approval from the Local Police station for distribution of foods.
- Get the approval from Temple (If you are doing inside the Temple).
- Once you obtained all the approval submit it to FSSAI form to FSSAI Department.
Keep the approved copy with you.
