How to get permission for Annadhanam from FSSAI

With the recent announcement, Following procedure needs to be followed to get the approval to make Annadhanam in Public events/places. This is we faced specific to Chidambaram circle.

1. Reach local FSSAI Department (At Municipal Office ) and get the Form A (Tamil Nadu Foods Safety and Drug Administration Form ) See attached.
2. Duly fill the form and get , Pay the Registration Fee Rs 100
3. Get the approval from the Local Police station for distribution of foods.
4. Get the approval from Temple (If you are doing inside the Temple).
5. Once you obtained all the approval submit it to FSSAI form to FSSAI Department.

Keep the approved copy with you.
